In 2004, our founder Hamish moved to the UK from New Zealand and opened a local neighbourhood café & restaurant five years later. After witnessing the staggering amount of waste produced by his small establishment over seven years, he decided to make a change. Thus, ecoKiwi was born! Hamish's vision was to create planet-friendly products to replace disposable and plastic alternatives. We are excited to share that starting December 2022, in addition to our 1% for the Planet pledge, we have partnered with Carbonfund.org to make all our cedar products carbon neutral.
